As part of BMW Group Indonesia’s commitment to develop Indonesian younger generation to be the future leaders, we are looking for young, energetic & talented persons to join BMW Apprentice program and to gain extraordinary working experience with the world’s most successful premium car manufacturer.
You will be provided with a series of brand and product trainings, as well as other personal development programs to enhance your working experience with BMW Apprentice.
Throughout the program, you will engage in various marketing activities such as product launches, exhibitions, motor shows, driving experience programs, media launches and driving programs, dealer marketing activities and sport events.
Requirements
• Male/Female 20-25 years old
• University student minimum in semester 5 or University Graduate
• Able to commit to the compulsory training programs and participate in appointed events
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
• Pleasant personality
• Creative and independent
• Self-driven and responsible
• Passionate about automobile industry
• Understanding of BMW brand and products is an advantage
• Strong communications skill
• Multilingual (excellent English oral and written)
• Possess valid SIM A driving license

Selection process
Selection Project:
• Study the article about Indonesia International Motor Show 2012.
• Analyze the material from BMW Group News and do your own research and present your idea on how to communicate and strengthen BMW brand image at IIMS 2013.
Documents required for submission:
– Filled Application Form
– Latest Grades Transcript
– Scanned photo of SIM A
– Proposal in Power Point format

Shortlisted applicants will be notified by Friday, 19 April 2013, who will be invited to present their ideas before our panel of judges at BMW Group Indonesia office.
